Payments and Cancellations 

By hiring Krista Jack of ATX Holistic Healing, you agree to pay a 50% deposit for services rendered by Krista Jack of ATX Holistic Healing prior to your appointment and the balance will be charged on day of your appointment, or in the terms outlined for each appointment or online course, unless discussed otherwise. You also understand that any appointment scheduled with Krista is reserved specifically for you. Therefore, you agree to pay the full amount of any session booked that you do not cancel by 24 hours prior to your appointment. This includes the 15-minute Zoom consultation that will be charged a $35 no-show or late cancelation fee.

ALL EVENT, CLASSES AND COURSES (ONLINE OR IN-PERSON) PURCHASES ARE FINAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds/transfers for events/classes/courses; this includes no transfer of ticket to another person or transfer of ticket purchase price to another event. NO EXCEPTIONS. By completing your purchase, you agree to our cancellation/refund policy. (This policy also applies to livestream and remote events even if rescheduled.)

Transfer or sharing of live stream links or recordings of events or online courses is explicitly prohibited.

FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS: EVENTS DO NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATIONS OR MEALS. This NO REFUND/TRANSFER policy applies in all circumstances, even if the event venue is changed from in-person to remote/online, due to health considerations and risks, or any city/state/federal mandates related to a pandemic. Event participants take full responsibility for costs incurred or reservations made for travel, meals and/or lodging.

By hiring Krista (Coach), you also understand that coaching services are a collaborative effort by both you and the Coach, and that assignments may be given for you to complete and turn in at the time of each subsequent appointment. You also understand that if you do not complete the assigned tasks, which are given to enhance your results, and turn in at time of appointment, Coach reserves the right to refuse coaching services to you, and you may be sent home and forfeit your session. If you forfeit your session by not completing your assignments, your session will be deducted from your package, without a refund.
